Using Adzario
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and authorized to connect or provide any advertising, analytics, or business account used with the service. You are responsible for your account credentials, authorized users, and activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or infringing material, evade platform controls, or use Adzario in a way that violates applicable law or a connected provider’s terms.
Recommendations and account actions
Adzario may summarize data and provide automated or AI-assisted analysis. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and are not legal, tax, or financial advice. You remain responsible for reviewing recommendations and business decisions. Account-changing features, if offered, will require separately enabled permissions and appropriate approval controls.
Third-party services
Connected advertising, analytics, identity, and infrastructure services are operated by third parties. Their availability and use are governed by their own terms. Adzario is not responsible for a third party’s service or independent actions.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content and data you provide. You grant Adzario the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that material to operate the service. Adzario and its underlying software, design, and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, material breach, or protection of the service and its users.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Adzario will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
