Information we collect
We collect account and contact information you provide, authentication details supplied by our identity provider, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service. When you authorize an advertising or analytics connection, we may retrieve the account configuration, campaign, creative, delivery, performance, change-history, and measurement data permitted by that connection.
How we use information
We use information to provide advertising analysis, reporting, recommendations, troubleshooting, security, customer support, and service improvement. During the current review phase, the public workspace uses sanitized demonstration data and cannot change an advertising account.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with infrastructure, authentication, storage, analytics, and support providers that process it for us; with connected platforms at your direction; when required by law; or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Connected platforms
Access to Google, Meta, Microsoft, analytics, or other provider data is limited to the permissions you approve. You can disconnect a provider or revoke its access through that provider. Provider use of information is governed by the provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete information associated with your account. Some information may be retained where legally required or necessary for security and fraud prevention. See our Data Deletion Instructions for the request process.
